At World Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that gym equipment is securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-equipment pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
