Built with high-density foam upholstery and heavy-duty steel tube frames, the Marcy MSB-315 Flat Bench was designed for optimum comfort and support. Offering maximum versatility, this weight bench could be effortlessly incorporated into any workout. 

Compatible with any free weights, smith machine or power rack set-up, this bench is excellent for building strength and adding muscle mass. 

Paired with some dumbbells and it is unreal for performing various presses, flies, rows and curls. Alternatively, it can be used on its own for various bodyweight exercises, such as triceps dips and bench hops.
