These dip bars are compatible with the following racks only:

• ProForm Carbon Strength Power Rack XL
• ProForm Carbon Strength Foldable Wall Squat Rack

We will not accept any returns due to compatibility issues of attachments not fitting onto a rack that is not the ProForm racks stated.

The inner distance of the dip handles will vary on the ProForm Carbon Strength Power Rack XL and ProForm Carbon Strength Foldable Wall Squat Rack as the Racks width are different. 

These dip bars are an optional attachment for any squat rack or power cage with 75mm X 50mm tube size and (20mm pin hole).

With a 180kg weight rating, these dip handles are designed to suit most heights and body frames.

Tricep dip bars are a great way to isolate your triceps, helping you to build strength and muscle definition in your arms.

Utilising a pin and hole system, this dip attachment can be easily adjusted and/or removed.
