The BodyIron T-Bar Row Core Trainer is constructed with heavy-duty steel which allows for smooth movements when in use while also being long lasting.

With the ability to swivel up, down and side to side, this product will be sure to give you the perfect 360° flexibility to target the major muscles in your body, particularly in your back and core. Once you become familiar with the movement using just a barbell, you’ll be able to add weights to increase the resistance and intensity.

Easy to assemble for using, you only need to insert an end of bar and weight plates (at least two or more weight plates, weight total 20kg into the sleeves, then lift up the other end of bar with all of weight levels you can handle.
