These 30cm BodyIron Safety Spotter Arms are made from high quality steel and rubber that protects your barbell and weights from marks and damage.

Designed for power racks with 50mm X 50mm - 1inch holes, and with a 200kg weight capacity, these safety spotters were built for some seriously heavy lifting.

Utilising a pin and hole system, these spotter arms are easy to adjust and/or remove.
