Due to its versatility alone this is a must have piece of fitness equipment. The BodyIron 885 can be incorporated into any strength, cardio or functional training program, and can be used to perform an abundance of exercises such as; incline, decline, flat and military presses, triceps dips, Bulgarian split squats, bench hops and elevated push ups.

Due to its adjustable back pad, this bench is great for achieving a well-rounded workout. By allowing the body to work at different angles you are able to target more muscle fibres, which over time, will help you develop muscle strength and size.
